Dear Hils,
Thanks for getting in touch - have you thought about starting a journal to track your progress in more detail - I have started one and it is quite useful. I have been doing this WOE for about 4-5 days and my fiancee already says he has noticed a visible difference in the way I look - healthy glow of someone who is losing weight. The scales say I have lost a couple of pounds but I think it is too early to get too hung up on the scales - if i feel good and can feel a difference in the way clothes fit / way i look that is enough for me. I find that if i get too hung up on the scales i get discouraged and then can start to weaken my resolve to lose weight and can find myself reverting back to old habits which caused me to gain an extra 2 stone over the last three years. Anyway thanks for replying to my post - it is so great to know that there is someone else out there doing the same plan.
