Default Buffalo Wings

My all time favorite low carb recipe.

Buffalo Wings:

2-1/2 to 3 lbs of chicken wings ( I use the drumettes)
1 Stick of Butter
Hot Sauce to taste

Oil to deep fat fry

Preheat Oil in fryer to 400 degrees.

Wash wings (if using hole wings, cut & discard tips)

Fry wings 10-15 minutes (til golden brown)

While frying the wings, melt butter in a medium sauce pan over med-low heat.

Add hot sauce to melted butter and stir. I love mine extra spicey so I use 6oz of hot sauce to one stick of butter.

Once wings are done, drain well and then place 4-8 wings at a time in sauce pan with butter and hot sauce.

Stir wings to coat with hot sauce/butter mixture.

Remove wings from pan and ENJOY!!!
