Gonna skip the carb up this weekend.
Linwood is off to Dallas/FW on tour. GOne for 3 week
Did 11 miles L4 on Lifecycle in AM. No moring distractions so I'll do my cardio then. 30 mins. burned 300 cals.
Will go to body pump class today at noon.
