I reckon you can have that salad. I did Atkins Induction, fairly properly (ie I didn't eat things I wasn't supposed to - except nuts) but I didn't measure the veg and salad - I worked on the assumption that they're quite bulky, so I would have to work hard at overdoing the carbs just by eating them.
Since you have so little to lose it will take a while I think.
What about using Fitday and keeping half an eye on the calories too, 10 - 12x body weight - probably 12x if you're exercising a lot.
That might help you keep a rein on the tendency to eat loads, cos we're 'allowed' (good isn't it!).
Incidentally, which I expect you know, LC doesn't really work as a 'diet', ie do it for a while and then go back to high carb eating - its a complete change in the way you eat.
