I did 2 sets of UB weights.
Again, I'm still tired, but I still lifted? Hmmmm....what's wrong with me Maybe it was seeing my arms in the miror and they were looking more toned I'm down more inches today. WOO HOO!!! My arm measurement finally moved as di my pooch, waist, upper and lower leg.
