I have not felt any inch loss, but no gain either.....I hope. Clothes fit the same. I gained the 5 hmmmmm......I think about 2 or 3 weeks into the exercise program. I know it's logical to see muscle weight increase, but I just don't think it has been long enough. At first I thought water, but I can't seem to loose it.
