If you have a VCR, you could also check out the exercise tapes. Personally I love and can heartily recommend the bellydancing tapes by Neena and Veena Bidasha. The workout is gentle enough that it shouldn't make you hurt, and it will make you feel flexible and sexy no matter what your size is. (Look over at my stats - I'm not exactly thin. )
