1) To max the 4 leg stacks that I most commonly do: leg press (already maxed), Calf press, Adductors, abductors.
2) There's a pic of Shakira on my desktop wearing low-rise black pants and a lacy, midriff top. I want that waist and those hips! And I already have the clothes!
