Question High calorie food/ low-carb foods

On Monday I will have completed my two weeks on Induction and I have three questions:

First, going through everyone's advise I have started using fitday.com. I absolutely love it, but I have realized that I am not taking in enough calories. My weight is at 185 should I should be getting about 1850 - 2200 calories. In actuality I'm really taking in about 800 - 1200. I posted before about not being hungry AT ALL. I was told I needed to increase the amount of calories. So my question is what foods are really high in calories but still okay for Induction?

Second, I lost the ten pounds in week 1 of Induction and have not seen any change since then. Is it possible to stall after only one week of loss? Believe me I am happy with the loss, but I have so much more to lose...

Third, what types of food can we add in OWL? Pretty much everyone in the my office is thinking of doing the diet, so at this point I have no idea who is reading my book now.
