Default Define tablespoon

My guru Nat tells me I need more fat !!!! ok.. she said gob on the mayo.. ok.. now measuring this is a difficult measurement for fat content and calories etc ) is a table spoon of mayo flat.. or a rounded one... I can almost get a whole jar of mayo on the spoon if I balance it right.. the stuff is sticky.. ( sarcasm)
seriously how do I measure a table spoon of mayo???

So today I had a little bit of tuna with my mayonaise lunch.

Nat: so far today this is what it looks like for breakfast and lunch

this breakdown also includes 1 oz of macadamia nuts as you suggested...
also: I tested with a ketostrip : took a sample in a cup. dipped the strip removed the excess via the cup rim as suggest... waited 15 seconds.. and found only a trace reading... one block after the neutral block...
