Thanks for starting the thread dobber - oops, Wendye. You're a good kid.
GOALS :
1 ) Build muscle. I shall attack the fat this way. And re-shape my body.
2 ) Become more irresistable to the LC ladies. This will be very difficult, but I shall endeavour with this almost impossible task.
3 ) Still keep low on those carbs. 30 a day is enough, thank you.
4 ) Keep that exercise up. It's good. If you're not doing it, give it a whirl. I enjoy it.
5 ) Charm further LC ladies. But having said that, I have a pretty good group. Remember Ela, LJ, Wendye, Plum, DB ; I am not going AWOL. Just adding to the group. And variety is the spice of life, as they say
