Wendye- Thanks for starting this thread. U're brilliant.
In August, I will try to:
(1) Drink 6L of water a day (Now averaging 4L to 5L).
(2) Eat no more than 13 times my body weight in calories (Been eating like 16 times my weight ).
(3) Have 30g to 40g of ECC carbs a day. Preferably from veggies.
(4) Post my menu everyday, like I used to do.
(5) Not fight with DH
(6) Remember to take my supplements everyday, instead of twice a week.
