1) Your profile shows that you've been LCing since June 30....so you've been LCing for 4-1/2 weeks. A weight "stall" means there's been no scale loss for 6 weeks or more.

2) You're 5'5" tall and 125 #. It's quite possible this is the weight your body thinks is a healthy weight, which is usually quite different than the weight the fashion magazines tell us we should be. Your body will struggle and make all kinds of adjustments to your metabolism to keep you at a healthy weight.

3) After an inital weight loss one can usually expect a plateau which lasts 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer. This is quite normal.

4) Having very little weight to lose, you can expect that these last few pounds will come off VERY slowly.... maybe 1/2-1 pound per month....maybe. The rapid weight losses you often read about normally apply to people who have 50, 75, 100+ pounds to lose.

If you are following the plan then there is nothing you're doing "wrong"... you just need to spend this time getting real comfortable with this new way of life you've chosen and trust your body to know what is a healthy weight. (And yes, I live in a hot and muggy climate too and have experienced wild fluctuations in my weight when up to now it has been quite steady.)

Good luck and let us know if you have other questions! We're here to help!
