In the past, whenever I combined aerobic, light-weight training workouts and self-massage, the cellulite in my thighs virtually disappeared or minimized greatly which is a "marvel" since I'm 49. Even last year I saw it happen, but it returned when I stopped the weight workouts. I re-started just a couple of weeks ago so I'm hoping it will work once again.
