Default Atkins Shakes during induction?

Just a quick question:
I want continue Induction for a little while longer, and I try really hard to be very strict about following the rules of Induction, ie no sweetners, bars, jello, not anything that is not on the list. So far so good. (Although I am not much of a sweets person, once a day for about an hour after dinner, I really really want a "Peanut Buster Parfait" from Dairy Queen, or at the very least some Jello.... But as I said, I'm strict, and really want to do this right)
Well with all that in mind:
Because of work I will be out of town and in Hotels for about two and a half weeks straight. Work will be very intense and very stressful, (If I screw up I am out of a job and very realisticly out of a career. No if's and's or but's) (But hey, that's how my industry works, and my eyes are wide open, "You bet your job" is our way) My workday/ Training day will be from noon to nine pm or later every day. It will be very mentally and some what phyically demanding. So, being in hotels, and having that schedule, what can I do????? (Oh by the way I hate Tuna fish...) I was wondering about the Atkins shakes. I know that the bars are full of hidden carbs, but how bad are the shakes for a person still trying to stick with strict Induction???? I can keep my carbs down the rest of the day, by eating very LC. (Might be very boring who knows what will be around the hotel, still looking into that...) What I need is something to keep me on track during the work/ training day, keep me fueled, without ruining my hard work up to now. Oh and also, very important, it must be able to be fixed/ consumed in 10 mins or less. The Break in my day is 15 mins, and even on break your mind/focus is still on the training, it has to be to make it through. (In the past, to get through days like this, I would eat a big meal before, and then have a candy bar midway through the day, but I know now that I need to keep an even keel all day)(The pigging out before work is common in my business, Eat when you can, as much as you can, because you have no idea of when your next chance to eat might be, maybe in an hour, maybe not until tommorrow) Another problem is that in order to do this Training you almost have to put yourself in mild dehydration. In the 9 hour day you only get about three chances to hit the restroom. I have in the past and will this time just have to deal with this, I try really hard to almost flood myself with water the rest of the day while not in work/training. I just really hate the think of what this might do to my progress on the Atkins program.

Ok, here is the short version of my question: Are Atkins shakes ok for someone on a strict Induction???? Or if not ok, then how much harm will they do??? Can I at least "hold my place" in the Atkins program until life is better in two and 1/2 weeks??? Are they, the shakes, going to do the job, ie give me some protien, some fuel, keep my body steady as not to mess up Induction.
Any advice is welcome.

Thanks,
Kansas5
