I just wanted to take a minute and say hi, and thank you for this amazing site. I have been browsing and reading for days and have learned so much from the posters here <p>
I am on my 11th day of lo carb and after 10 days with an almost constant headache and brain fog, I woke up this morning feeling great. If it hadn't been for this board I probably would have given up days ago, so thank you for the inspiration.<p>
My next step is to toss my crappy scales and concentrate on how I'm feeling not the numbers. I am so up for this adventure <p>I'm sure I will have pleanty of questions as I go, and look forward to picking your brain(s)<p>I just love these smilies!<p>Eden
