The best advice so far has been given already.

Follow Atkin's by the book. Forget the frankenfoods, you don't need them even if you think you do. I have been pretty much bread free, for 17 months now and you know what? I don't miss it. *IF* I do have a sandwich now and then I feel gassy and bloated and sometimes depending on the bread, migraines.

There are many things you can have for breakfast, that is the beauty of being an adult. We can eat pretty much anything we chose provided it is a food on the 4 pages of the induction list in the book. Get yourself through the first two weeks of induction first. It is only 14 days of strict dieting and then the world opens up.
