I love to read a post like yours! What a great testimony to see someone else who wasn't even trying (like that time when I was skinny...) and was doing the right thing!

I eat most of my nuts raw now, only the macadamias are roasted because I get those at Publix. As with everything, I think the key is in BALANCE, not overdoing it.
