if the beginner tape is helpful. I've got a friend that's a professional belly dancer (she's had 2 kids and even after the last one was born, you couldn't tell she'd ever been pregnant!!!!!! ) that's oftered to teach me, but I don't think that I can bring myself to have someone watch me do that.....
