I was having indegistion (sp) a couple days ago (heartburn too) then I realized that I had ate a 1/2 cup (with cheese) Jalepeno Pepper cheese spread (.25 carbs for every 1/4 cup).

Gawd, it was deliscious but wasnt worth the indigestion and heartburn afterwards
