Send me your brazil nuts and I'll turn them into a cheesecake crust...but I do do the AS thing...if you don't mind the occasional AS sweetened dessert, one of Karen's cheescakes uses a brazil nut crust that's to die for.

You could also pop them under the broiler and brown them a bit...might taste better!
