Some people actually lose better at a higher carb level IF the carbs are veggie & salad. If you don't increase, how will you know if you are one of them?
Also, your body gets used to one level of carbs and may just refuse to lose after a while. You could get stalled. I did when I 'stayed on Induction'. Now I am increasing the veggies and feeling SO WICKED because I can eat SO MUCH.
That's a great comment above about working toward Maintenance.
