My 2 cents
You could probably get back to losing again by simply cutting out those LC bars - they are notorious stallers (while they usually wont cause you to gain).
Adequate water and whole natural foods should get you where you need to be. I would not restrict calories overly, however. If you're active and if tweaking the types of foods you're eating do the trick, why restrict calories? There is nothing wrong with having a big appetite!
