Hey guys! I just purchased 1000 capsules of flax seed oil from kilosports.com to use with my CKD diet. Now, if they are 1000mg of flax seed oil per capsule how many capsules should I take per day to get 218 grms of fat? 218 capsules??? Damn! That can't be right
