KILLER CLASS
had a killer body sculpt class today with Debra at Golds. Drank alot of water but still need more. Doing good with food.
Breakfast 6 slices Genoa Salami, 1/2 tomato (from my garden)
with some Ken's Italian dressing. Forgot my supplements but did remember my Glutamine!!!
Lunch: bacon cheeseburger-no roll-salad w/ranch
Dinner: Steak on the grill!!! Salad with garden tomatoes and cukes.
Maybe for a snack some more DaVinci's Root Beer (s/f syrup) and seltzer BUT-some low carb vanilla ice cream or maybe whipped cream would make a great root beer float
