Hi csfdavis, no it is not sheltie, it is a keeshond. I have 2 of them, plus a husky and a pom. I am so sorry to hear about your loss, I know how hard it is to loose one, it's like loosing a child. I love dogs, they are so special. If you decide to get another sheltie or anything else, please consider a rescue, so many out there need homes. A very good friend of mine does sheltie rescue in Memphis, and it is really hard to believe how many pure bred dogs get dumped.... .very sad.
