Hubby and I are 5 days into Atkins and have both lost 6 pounds. However, I NEED something crunchy. I have already destroyed a couple of baking sheets trying to make cheese crisps. We is a little weary of meats and cheeses.
The only readily available product we are pleased with is Perfectly Clear flavoured waters.
Surely someone has got a recipe for totally bran crispbread????
