I've tried to find out on the internet, but all the nutrition info includes the buns.

So far I only found Wendy's: The junior hamburger is 2 ounces.
I stop at fast food places a lot, so I have been eating the hamburger patties and tossing the bun.

I'd love to know McDonalds regular hamburger and Burger King's junior whopper.
