Does anyone know about a product called Opti-sweet? It's an all-natural sugar substitute that is made from Trutina Dulcem Kiwi Fruit Concentrate. I would like to know if this would negatively effective blood sugar and therefore be bad for a low carb diet. Would Splenda be better? Any comments would be appreciated!
