Lovvvvvvve avocados - yippee
Glad that the American Diabetes Association finally puts its seal of approval but also feel a bit irked that I listened to all the low-fatfat experts for a few years and kept off avocados.
I've really enjoyed them since I started LCing. With a spoonful of yogurt and some spices they make a wonderful dip/sauce. My snack (especially late at night) is a few vegs (½ carrot, 1 parsnip stick, red pepper) dipped in avocado. yummy.
