I looked for both Duchaines and Mcdonalds book, couldn't find either! and one of them is out of print.

But someone mentioned body opus pages online... What is the website adress?? i would greatly appreciate it. Does nayone know where I can get the book...maybe online? I might have to order it through Amazon.
