For someone on his Third time (yea... third) time around... The most important thing is to have food ready...I cook most of my meals ahead of time (days.. ) and just have it all in the freezer and nuke things up all day...

That is one of the major reasons I stopped before... the availability of food. if i limit myslef.... I will have limited results...
