Hey there everybody.
I'm starting the zone diet tomorrow. I'm hoping to lose just over a stone on the diet. However, I'm a little confused. In the 2 books that i have read, "Mastering the Zone" and "The Zone". I've calcualted that i need to consumme 9 blocks of protein each day. However, the zone website stipulates that everybody should consumme a minimum of 11 protein blocks per day. I'm a little confused! If anybody who has tried or is on the diet could put me straight on this point that would be great. Also, i would love any tips and sound advice from anybody who has had success with this diet.
(I'm a 21 year old woman. I weigh just under 11 stone and do little exercise!
