4 weeks - How to use it?
Ok, I have 4 and a half weeks until a big-time social event, and I want to get as close to drop-dead gorgeous as I can. For me, this means dropping fat! I've got a pretty decent LBM going - 131 lbs and I'm 5' 7" - but it's had to see because I'm still carrying so much fat.
Is there anything I can do to accellerate the fat loss over the next 4 weeks? I absolutely don't want to lose any muscle, but how would I go about it if I just wanted to maintain for 4 weeks and blast away the fat? Is that smart? Is it even possible?
