Hi from Sydney also. I commenced the low carb diet about 3 months ago but slacked off quite a bit recently. I now am going through that awlful flu going around. I will try my darndest to get back into this diet. I commenced at 91kg and am now 87kg with a long way to still go. Keep up the good work with your diet.
