I went on a hunt for such software a while back. There are some nice ones that you can purchase, but I was not impressed with any of the freebees. Beware: almost everything that you can download for free will install "spyware" on your computer.

I'm happy using fitday.com. If you have a slow internet connection, I guess it wouldn't be as good, since it refreshes constantly.
