Question calorie tracking software?

I think it's time I get a calorie tracking software that can calculate in the workout calorie loss, glycemic info, LBM percentage, etc, etc. Is there such software you can buy or download for free?

My background - I have done Zone, but I never counted calories. (I felt great with Zone, and I exercise like crazy (volleyball almost every day) during that time, but I never lost any weight. I am on LC diet (Atkins) with carbs of low glycemic index (I have trouble with sugar balance, although I don't have diabetes or hypoglycemia.) and I am trying to add some light weightlifting (with the Firm) while still playing vball.

It seems like a lot of people here know what their caloric intake is each day. I guess that is important?


Which software are you using?

I would greatly appreciate any help!!!
