I saw the article on MSN about your opinions on "fad diets". You know, it's really a shame how mis-information is spread about. It would help if you did the research before you publish your "expert" opinions, for if you did you would at least know the fundamental facts. Perhaps you would do well to visit one or two bulletin boards of low-carb lifers where you'll find thousands of people who are THRIVING beyond their greatest expectations, defeating ailments that have plagued them for years. Most are armed with a great deal more research than you've obviously done.
