They sell lthose little rubber bands that attach with tape and hide under your hair. I saw them on TV and they said that the stars use them to tighten their neck skin and give them a little mini face lift without surgery.

Maybe that would help. Just a thought.

I can't wait until my tummy skin is lose and I have to tuck it into my undies! Right now I still look pregnant by times and I'm way past that stage of my life.
