There is a gospel singer by the name of Donnie McClurkin, who sings the song,"We Fall Down But Get Back Up"[/I] A very beautiful song regarding daily struggles with living a Christian life.

This song applies to my daily walk in Low Carbing as well. I feel like I am back with the settlers coming across the range on a wagon with no shocks and it is a bumpy trail and I have no seat belt.

I think I'm going to get a piece of rope to start July 1st with and see if I can stay on a little longer, using rope verses seat belt, because July 4th in 3 days away from start date, and I know that rope will come loose. No I'll just be honest about it, the rope is coming off, I just will not roll to far from the wagon.
