Ok, so I have eating these 1oz Carbolite chocolate bars that say zero sugar and carbs on the front and on the back they say "
"Total carbs 15g
-Fiber
-maltitol
New EFFECTIVE Carbs o.3 grams
What does this mean, that I have been tricked?
