A good Body Pump session. Very warm weather, not over eager to go. Had a couple of new tracks today. The lunge track, one I always find difficult, was a real killer. Am getting better at doing the overhead lifts. Could really feel the muscles working in the lower back and legs today. I was not the only one finding some of the tracks difficult. Some of the others were pulling faces too!!
