Where you live it gets really hot huh?

My husband is a sugar junkie too......All he drinks is soda. But he is more lean than me.

I'm not too sore from the gym, just my right shoulder. My husband is more sore than me, He got worked harder than me *laughing*

What's on the menu today? I think I will have left over chicken for breakfast....or maybe I will save that for lunch
