Yuck!
So why does a low-carber's cholesterol go down without additives? Just another example of the diet and food industry trying to cure their mistakes through more and more processing of the natural foods we all enjoy as low-carbers and shoving their carbs down our throats.
The only reason the group that ate pure beef didn't lower their cholesterol is that they were probably also chowing down on french fries and other high-carb foods.
I'll stick with my WOL and my wonderful cholesterol counts.
