We have a few things in common. I too have 2 sons and a husband. And while my husband is very supportive, I sometimes see his eyes glaze over when I start talking about my diet...lol.

I live in a pretty big city now, [Norfolk, VA] but have lived in a little town in GA of under 30,000 and loved it.

I started this WOL [Atkins] May 14th and have loved it more every day.

Do you have a journal yet? They are very helpful.
