Hi Misty..
As a thought, perhaps you're not seeing any dramatic changes because of your workouts. Doing all that work will build muscle and it's known to be even heavier than fat. And because of the workouts, it may be necessary to actually eat more calories so your body doesn't go into starvation mode.
