i heard its great too !
but think it puts alot of strain on the feet.
i've got problematic feet from running when i was young.
so now, i can only walk on the treadmill or swim to get my cardio workout.
more imptly - i heard that 'bouncing' on a trampoline (like skipping rope) is great to getting rid of cellulite cos it gets the lymphatic system moving !
maybe i shd get started on it ...
