What is it?
Might slow your weight loss down a little especially if you're planning on having one EVERY DAY. Once you get into OWL your supposed to use up your carbs on more vegies and some fruits..And wait a little while before you start adding things like that in..
But if ya try it and your still losing I'd say its up to you.. They might make your cravings worse though
