Do you by chance mean LOW carb drinks?

I drink Carb Solutions drinks, either premade or powdered, and they taste anywhere from pretty good to great. EAS makes some as well, and their taste is also good, but a little more watery than the Carb Soultions. I like the Carb Sol'ns Cappuchino best - it tastes like one of those Starbucks Frappuchino drinks. When I make them from powder, I add several ounces of heavy cream which makes them taste more like a milkshake. Be careful with the EAS ones, as they have a high carb and a low carb drink packaged very similarly. I've bought the wrong kind more than once.

Their obvious benefits are that they are quick, portable and easy. The drawbacks are that you need to learn to eat and live on real food, and too much reliance on 'products' can sabotage that process.

My pattern with them is to have a big made-from-powder shake on workday mornings for breakfast, and often one of the premade ones as a snack at work or in the car on the way in or out of the gym.

Hope that helps!

Cheers,

Friday
