Yep, CAP/CALP is great!
I've been on CALP for about 2 months and it's definately my LC plan of choice for life. I did Atkins and GO diet before which I liked as well but couldn't live on them. With CALP I don't have to count carbs in things like dairy, eggs, and veggies (as with Atkins) and don't have a specific carb limit (as with GO) which helps me to feel in control and also not deprived. And the RM meal is great. For me it was important to prove to myself that I could eat dessert within limits and not scarf on it (sweets were my weakness before LCing) and now I find I can. Also, LCing eliminated by biggest pitfall which was binge eating in front of the tube at night!
Stay with it, it's great.
